coupleOne day stay at jai residency was just average. Rooms are spacious but poorly maintained. The only plus point was the cordial and helpful service of the hotel staff. Jai residency is an old grand hotel that lacks adequate upkeeping. Location is good. Breakfast menu is very limited

Very good rooms and courteous staffs. They really take care of the guests well. Only one concern was that fittings and cupboards are too worn out. If those could be properly furnished, this can be really one of the best places to stay
