Hotel Hori Palace

I had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Hori Palace. The location is perfect — just a short walk from Mahakaleshwar Mandir, which made darshan very convenient, especially for my parents. The connectivity to other places in Ujjain is also excellent. The staff was very polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Also, there are good vegetarian restaurants nearby, so food was never a problem. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ujjain for Mahakal Darshan! 🙏

The stay was excellent. Had travelled with my Wife and 2 kids . The location was just right , leading to Bada Ganesh ji Mandir at Gate 4 for Sheegrah Darshan .I totally recommend it to travellers, especially family.👍👍

Its very near to mahakaleshwar temple. Staff are supportive. Hotel is clean. But a bit expensive.

Overall experience of the property was peaceful and good. However, they can improve the television as mostly we have to apply trick in order to execute the same. Additionally, there is a need to improve the room service facilities for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Location was good and near to mahakal temple. Room was clean and hot water was available. Near to ujjain station. By auto 10 mins required to reach the hotel. All tourist places are nereby and auto for sightseeing easily available.

The stay was pleasant and the staff was very helpful. They also arranged the mahakal bhasm aarti ticket even though we were late.

Room are very clean. Smell good. Hotel owner is also very kind. Overall good stay in hotel with family.

Here are feedback. Room was not clean. There was multiple dirty marks on wall. Bathroom commode was broken, that is why we have to shift to other room

Hotel was ok not worth of money what i have paid. Also i have left day before however they have not refunded my one day money. No pics. No photos

Stayed with family for two nights. The staff is limited, waited for half an hour to check in because the rooms were not ready. Cleanliness is not good. No food is available in the hotel except tea and milk. Eateries are available near the hotel so that is fine. Costly according to the state of the hotel.

No lift no hot water facilities, no good food nearby, no parking, no neatness except corridors, not worth it paying 2000plus per day, never suggest to anyone to prefer the same

Staff was god in behaviour, cleanliness was good excellent food centre point with mandir’s great experience

People are very good, polite and humble. Fooding is also not expensive. But fair from one place to another is quit expensive compare to other but over all nice place nice people.
