I book super deluxe room for 3 adult and 1 child but he give me 1small room for only 2 person and taken 300 rupee for normal room experience very very ba

old rooms no wiFi,no TV bathroom exhaust not working,bathroom switch board is broken,no kitchen breakfast from outside very low standard

The condition of the hotel is pathetic. It is a cheap motel. No room service. Basic amenities like soap, towel, hot water, etc were missing. No lift on the property. The rooms are very small and with no proper ventilation source.

This hotel is almost within 200 metres of golden temple. The owner is very polite and helpful. The room was fine every amenity was available but from tv. Staff were very helpful and informative about the local areas. For a short stay i recommend this hotel to everyone as it is really close to the golden temple and the market.

I stayed at this hotel few days ago, it was good experience, rooms are big and airy and it’s near to golden temple

It was an average. Staff at hotel are very good. Important part is, the hotel is only 2-3 minutes walk from golden temple.

Hotel not clean very dirty rooms no proper washroom hygiene

Overall experience was so good including the room facilities and room service everything is so good and the plus point is its only 2 mnt far from harmandir sahib

room very dirty and smelly. geyser is for show, water tap broken, no hot water supply. above are original picture. i am not satisfied staying in hotel heritage inn.

Good good just good nearest to golden temple

Following are the reasons: 1. Rooms are completely closed, no option to open windows. 2. Found cockroaches inside room. 3. They provide soap and towels when asked. 4. For 3. 5hr (till 3:30pm) of late check-out they asked complete half of booking amount. 5. Rooms often smells coz of poor ventilation.

Electrical plug socket are damaged water heater is not working

The location was to inside from the temple and jalinwala bag and want to take too many steps to reach other facilities were good satisfied with stay

Room condition like good but sum instruments not working like water gezer and tv. Room service is not so good as they do not provide even drinking water.

Hotel location is excellent, very near to Golden Temple as well as from market and other visiting places.
