Hotel Friends Regency

I was disappointed with the initial room preparation. Upon arrival, there were no toiletries. Despite asking the room attendant multiple times, it took excessive time and multiple trips for him to bring the items. Additionally, there was only one towel in the room. When I requested an extra one, I was told it would not be available until the following morning. The existing conditioner and shower gel were in opened bottles; I had to ask for new, sealed ones. There was one used tissue roll. The rest of my stay was good, but these issues were very bad. My main suggestion is to ensure rooms are fully prepared with all standard amenities before a guest checks in.

My recent stay at Hotel Friends Regency in Ludhiana was unfortunately one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I feel to share my feedback in the hope that management takes serious note of the fundamental issues their establishment. ​Room Condition and Cleanliness: Upon entering my room, I was immediately greeted by of neglect. The room was visibly dirty, with dust on the furniture and stains on the upholstery. It was clear that proper cleaning had not been done in a long time. The most part was the presence of insects. The room was infested, which made for an extremely uncomfortable and unsettling night's sleep. This is a basic standard of hygiene that any hotel must meet, and Hotel Friends Regency failed spectacularly. ​Washroom: The lack of cleanliness extended to the washroom, which was in a state. The fixtures were stained, the floor was unclean, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor. It was unsanitary and fell far below any acceptable standard of hygiene. ​Hotel Facilities and Food: The overall facilities of the hotel were poorly maintained and felt dated. Furthermore, the complimentary breakfast was a significant letdown. The options were extremely limited, offering selection. It was a very poor start to the day and did not feel like a valued part of the hotel service. ​Conclusion: My experience was defined by a lack of basic cleanliness, an insect-infested room, and subpar amenities. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. The management needs to urgently address these critical issues of hygiene and maintenance to be considered a viable option for travelers.

No space for dining, room's phone didnt work, badly managed.

The room was Full of mosquitos… rest all was okay

All are fine. Staff members were very cooperative. Overall we enjoyed the trip. only fans needs repair as some abnormal noise was coming

I had booked a room in this hotel earlier. At that time I was given a very good bed room But this time I got a very bad room. Neither was there a dental kit for brushing teeth inside the room. They gave only one dental kit for two people, that too after calling. Nor was there a bucket for bathing. The fan was also very far from the bed.

The staff was very unhelpful and rude . The room was smelly and unhygienic and even after complaining at the reception about the room , the service was yet bad . As you can’t order from outside in this hotel you have to pay an extra charge and the in house kitchen serves stale and really bad food .

The hotel room was good but the check in experience was not so. The staff wasn’t aware of what room was ready. There was clear miscommunication between them.

My friend recommended me to stay here. Although the hotel is located on the road, there was no noise in the room, allowing me to relax fully. The service was also impressive.

stay and all the things is very good. but recently thay have started to charge on cutlery of an Rs 99 plus tax if you order food from outside. this is something strange.
