The property approach road is horrible. The food is arranged by restaurant outside, but food is good. There is no service in the hotel. While checking out, I got delayed by 30 min, still the guy told me that you would be charged if delayed. Felt bit insulting.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any requests. The room was spotless, quiet, and comfortably furnished, with a spacious bathroom and reliable Wi-Fi. The housekeeping team did an excellent job each day, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions and public transportation. Security was reassuring, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. Overall, this hotel delivered excellent value and service—I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Property is isolated , road is patchy and don’t feel safe at all at night . Amenities were average - door handle broken , room was smelly , outside noise can be easily heard. Reception person was unaware about our room booking details ; first he gave different room until followed up . Overall, it was an average stay- as a family , it’s okay for day usage and not recommended for night stay . Don’t fall of bathtub as it takes hours to fill .

Staff is supporting but Poor facilities. Common things also not available in hotel.i was reached at hotel before 30 min from my check in time but reception take extra for the these 30 min

The property is few meters away from the main road but it's totally amazing with the rooms and the overall view from our stay is beautiful. Also, wifi is available all the time which helped us a lot because normal signal are little bit a problem in that location.

Disappointed with the stay. Food was not available throughout, which was very inconvenient. The TV in the room wasn’t working, and although there was a phone, there was no number list provided to contact reception or housekeeping. Basic amenities were missing, and overall it didn’t meet expectations.

The location is good but the service, and area is too uncomfortable. no food service available.

property was good ,clean but should have in house restaurant.the ac was leaking.there was a hot kettle but no coffee and tea mixture.over all property was good.

Very good room service. Nice view of the forest. Very close from khadakwasla dam. Veg and non veg food should be available. Fantastic for stay with friends and family.I suggest for Book hotel.

Better to have stay

Property is good, clean good interoir, but it's en-trying area in evening is darker, noproper road, and no street lights and no boards direction on the lane is bit difficult from the main road in evening with family

The stay was terrible in hotel forest view. The rooms were dirty, no seats on commode, hot water was served in bucket and that too after too much of follow up resulting in delays. Overall bad service from hotel.

Hotel roilet and room is much smaller than shown. Location is secluded and looks unsafe. Consequently we hired another hotel and didn't stay there. Requesting refund
