Fine location, poor sanitation facilities, poor electricity

I stayed in room no. 305 and there wasn't any personal toilet room neither was there any personal bathroom, i had to use a common one, and it was also not clean. I kept getting foul smell from it. Electricity was continuously cut in 2 or 2, 5 hr. About 4 times, i couldn't sleep properly in the night cause of it. My overall experience for this hotel was not good at all.
