Hotel Divine Elegance

Really terrible stay: 1. Remote location. There are no shops or anything nearby even to get a water bottle 2. Room size is really cramped. Only enough space to walk 3. No racks in cupboard. Only an outer cover is there, no racks/compartments/hangers inside 4. No housekeeping service. Didn't clean the room even after we gave them the keys & explicitly asked to get it cleaned 5. No geyser in bathroom 6. Water in bathroom is salty 7. No restaurant at the hotel 8. Water drips from AC outlet 9. Slant in bathroom is improperly designed & hence water remains stagnated at all times

The experience was okay but the things were not clean like the hotel bedsheet was not that clean also the coffee maker was not in a good condition, rest of the things were good but only shortcomings that I faced that I have mentioned. Thanks

location was not justified, too much troubled while searching location, service was also very poor, hotel did not provide towel for the guest, denied to give towel, when I asked for pillow they said it will chargeable , worst experience with the booking of this hotel from this side. people should think before the Booking through the Make my trip . Don't waste time and money on the MMT.

Very pathetic condition of hotel. Dirty bedsheets was on bed. We asked them to change but for 2 days they didn't change it on continuous request. please don't book it.

It was a pleasant stay. Mainly Ketan, who is handling everything from the hotel side he is very good. The behavior of staff is really appreciated. Overall, it's a beautiful vibe I got from this hotel stay. Thank you.

Rooms are good maintained. Good staff. Location is slightly away from Prem Mandir. Better to have own vehicle or rent it.

ac was not working full night and there was no power backup for ac , gate was not locking and all it was not good

The staff at hotel were very cooperative and polite. They guided us on most of the things requested.

Improve your food service and staff behaviour and very small rooms towel not provided per person I had a booking for 6 person and they are provided only 2 towel

New property just listed,rooms was very clean ,all staff was very supportive and very easy to reach at hotel location ,every thing was very good , very safe for family visit .
