Hotel Deep Mall Road, Mussoorie

Best hotel in whole of Mussoorie . I got a very good discount when I booked this hotel . Hotel is very clean and rooms are super nice . The open terrace is also huge and the hotel had a very nice restaurant view . The room had all good amnesties with water bottles and kettle . Music was also there at night which made the day . Staff was smiling and always were very courteous and well mannered. Best property on Mall Road , I will come again with family

Overall everything was good such as location, ambience ,infrastructure but the room had lot of worms and insects roaming around, it was like hotel haven’t had cleanliness inspection. Thanks

I've been a regular customer for Hotel Deep. Staying here for the 4th time in a row now. 10/10 to hospitality, 10/10 to cleanliness, 10/10 to food, 10/10 to service which is very quick. I'll always recommend this hotel.

Location and rooms are very good! only problem is that their kitchen opens at 8am and no kettles are kept in rooms

1. Blankets, bedsheets and towels are not up to the mark. Very smelly, very tidy due to wear and tear, even after change they provide same quality. Seems like we stays at dharmshala 2. Tea cups, tea pots, etc. Are very unhygienic. They even didn't wash them properly, neglected areas like inner neck of tea pots are disgusting, seems like not washed from many weeks. 3. Dust can be clearly seen on appliances like heater, tv etc. 4. Overall it was a very bad experience.

Place is good for stay rooms clean and good kitchen service, there is no bonfire, recreation activites. Overall stay is good and there is no much view

Had a comfortable stay at hotel deep in mussoorie. The food was excellent, offering beautiful views of the mountains and lush green valley. A perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying nature’s beauty. Highly recommended!

Don’t book this hotel, they lie about facilities, they will charge you for breakfast but give you paratha and sandwich only, very bad smell in galaxy, rats are roming in side the room, no water bottle and staff behaviour is very rude, they ask to contact MMT and MMT guys just say sorry for every problems

It was amazing n food n staff was very good. A great view n clean rooms were there. The stay was the best

No light after 12 pm, one room light not available and no food in night as there chef close the kitchen

Very good staff, situated in mall road, hotel management also very humble, rooms are clean, food is quite expensive

Hotel is average but main concern is hygiene and the cleaniness bedsheets, pillow, blankets are in very worst condition and also dont expect for thr clean ones as they dont have that their entire stock was very old

The intercom was not working. Wi-fi was not working. Overall a very bad experience with this hotel.

Beautiful hill view and quite place but at the same time few minutes walk to mall road. Overall a pleasant stay

Good hotel and we got a good view room it was just 10 minutes walking from the place where cabs drop you.

I booked 4 rooms the room quality is ok bed sheets are not clean ask hot water for many time for drinking they can’t provide bathroom exhaust is not working i complained many time they can’t do anything for that i don’t recommend anyone for the hotel

Services wise not upto the mark. Electric switch hadn’t fitted in room no 314 & hot water issue even room wasn’t cleaning properly

I was stay in hotel deep from outside and inside view of hotel was very good, room was good only things which i don't like was bed linen was not look like clean had stained too many, t. V display not working, w. C flush not working, shower area glass had water stained marks and head shower not working.

Perfect location, clean and hygienic room, friendly staff.

The hotel was neat and clean and the stay was comfortable. But i am not that much satisfied with the services i got at the hotel. The room service was not that quick, they usually do not recieve the phone.
