Excellent stay with Family. Nice hospitality, but needs bit more work on personal hygiene. Nicely located near bazar on a rivulet, overlooking a Tea Estate. Great place for family holidays. Royal suite with Zacuzzi and Sauna is highly appreciated.

Don't even consider this Hotel!

I stayed here for 2 days, with family and I can tell you it's not a hotel you want to stay, especially with family. I was correct about location as it is next to KTDC, the location itself is good. But then you can find multiple other properties within 2 kms with so called 'balcony view'. Food is terrible and you will be forced to eat from their restaurant, especially dinner as the weather can become quite turbulent on most evenings, restricting your movement. 3 staff in total for kitchen so they will ask you to leave plates outside room after dinner. Very limited menu. Breakfast can be worse as they don't refill with fresh food and its hardly 3 items, apart from omelet. Hygiene is non existent and all this when they are charging premium, claiming to be 3/4 star hotel. It's a zero star property, don't expect any help.

We stayed at Hotel C7 in Munnar for two days and had a really pleasant experience. The room was neat, clean, and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly, the hotel offered a nice Tea plantation view. Special Thanks to Benny.

Don’t book this hotel based on review

Not sure how this hotel is having good reviews seems like fake reviews. Room was big but everything in the room is very old, no maintainance. Landline is only for show off, even after complaining they ignored. Washroom was very dirty, hand shower was again for just show off. Person who sits in day shift at reception is very rude. Not worth the cost at all

It was a lovely stay at C7. Me and my family were more comfortable staying over there. The location was so close to the city with stunning views from the Balcony. Room was so clean and all was so good

Very well located within walking distance from the town , yet very quiet and peaceful. My room was quite spacious with a large balcony overlooking a garden ,a small river and with tea plantation covered hills in the backdrop . Excellent views. Room was reasonably well maintained and housekeeping and room service were efficient. Lot of local food on the menu which could do with some more variety. All in all it was a comfortable stay.

hotel is pretty good. especially the hospitality and front staff. food is out standing. Hotel need some care in the flooring maintenance especially the wooden one. it was warm stay.

the property was good. but there were frequent power outages n hotel didn't even start the generated we were kept in dark every time. the food was ok. the other staff was courteous. they harrased us n didn't let us leave. the staff of this hotel didn't protect us at all. I'm writting this here since the manager was involved in all this. I booked this stay only on the recommendation of MMT. I would like to recommend u to take down this hotel from ur website as this will give u bad review.

Location is very near to munnar town and all the attrcations are easily accessible. Room and ambience is awesome especially valley view is very nice. only drawback i would say is restaurant service is very slow. they give more priority to room service and it takes more than one hour to provide us the good if we go to restaurant directly.

The hotel was of average quality. The rooms d seemed age old. The tidiness was average. Rhe restaurant food quality was good. But, the suppliers, waiters over there were not helpful at all. We literally had to ask several times for even hot water to be supplied. They made us wait for hours for getting food. Overall experience was only average..

coupleSuperb tea gardens view from window. 8-10 cars parking, gated and guarded. Room is spacious but old and dirty at few areas. Food has mixed reviews. Chicken was hard to chew and soup was below average but manchurian, potato finger fries n parantha were good. Overall food all over munnar hotels is average. Linen was average. No ac in any room. Hot water available from only 6 am to 10 am f/b 6 pm to 10 pm strictly. About 1/2 km away from main city in a quiet place. We faced no water issue at 5 am. It was difficult to find floor manager and finally water supply issue was resolved.
