Spent three nights. Check in was quick. No dedicated parking place available. Parked on the road. Room service was nice. So was housekeeping. However, it took 24 hours to get a replacement toilet roll. The staff was polite and competent. Food was good taste and adequate quantity. The room fittings were under renovation it seems. The geyser was temperamental. In all adequate service. Could have been better.

Unhygienic and low standard hotel.

Staff not very courteous. Food was served cold despite high prices. Unhygienic bed sheets placed on the beds. We carried our own luggage during checkout as no staff was present during the checkout. Would not recommend staying.

Location of the hotel is really good. Staff is also really humble and supporting. Room were cleans and all facilities were present in the room. Food was also fabulous although took some time to prepare it but over all service and cost was just amazing.

The hotel is very good. It is situated near kumarsain, 30 km from narkanda, beside the main road from narkanda to rampur bushahar. After visiting hat u peak and tannin jubbar lake at narkanda i came to this hotel to stay with my family. The hotel is very neat and clean. Rooms are big and good. The hotel has a very good restaurant. Food quality of that restaurant is very good. The behavior of the hotel staff are excellent. They are very polite and helpful.

Booked deluxe room river view. Bathroom not so clean and even TV was not working. When complained about it. The staff said that due to rains last week the cables are broken. But the restaurant and bar TV was fully functional. Food not that good. For that price in such location. The comparable services and facilities were poor.

Its a good Hotel with decent faculties and particularly located at a nice spot on your way to Jalori if you are travelling to Kullu/Manali. Decent Hotel with average rooms. Staffs behaviour excellent. Rooms amenities not all working. In some rooms tv not working in others ac is out of order. Rooms floors are dusty. Bathroom is clean and good. Overall an average Hotel.
