This hotel is located within 10 mins of airport. So it’s very good to stay specially if you are flying in. The hotel is beautiful and looks extremely new and every inch is clean. The staff is very very supportive and they really run for you and ensure you get what you need. Special call-out for manager Anthony who stood there from morning till night to welcome and support guests. Fully recommended

It is an excellent facility. The best part is the briefing given by the Hotel Manager on your arrival and his interaction with you during your entire stay about how to get acclimatized to Ladakh weather. The service from housekeeping is very prompt. The variety and quality of food in breakfast is also great. The rooms have heating facility and view from the rooms is very pleasant.

The property is well maintained and the staff is courteous. The view from the hotel is also very nice. The food that they served was great and the service was also decent. The only drawback is that the location is about 2 km from the leh market so additional transport expenditure has to be incurred. The rooms in the hotel were spacious. Amazing. The staff was too helpful and the food was also good. They also would drop you at the airport if you are small group. Will charge the minimal amount but that’s fine. They also made me aware of what to do one the first day in leh.
