FYNstay 2BHK Apartment - Stay Fine Stay Safe

Location was good but amenities and services were terrible. Toilet and kitchen were unhygenic. Caretaker is not professional at all.

the place was good but had some hygiene issues..which must be taken care properly…even the kitchen lacked some basic day to day maintenance and groceries it would have been comfortable if they keep some basic food items. again the washing machine wasn’t working properly that should be fixed asap

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. The building has 2 lifts but needs maintenance. The flat is beautifully furnished and can accommodate 5 people with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed. Sufficient utensils and glasses with ro water facility, micro oven, and gas facility. Fridge works wonderfully and so does both the acs. Tw attached verandahs with one common and one common toilet. Studio apartment with good view. You get auto services to the sea, just next to the property. Car parking facilities available.

Experience is not good. Rooms are not cleaned, hospitality is zero. There was no attendant at the homestay to attaining the issues.

disgusting rooms...place was smelling like shit ....bedsheets were unclean....I had to check out as soon as I checked in couldn't even stand for 5 minutes. unclean floors, windows. location was worst, near some slum area. spending night there felt like a nightmare, so booked

We stayed in the double room set on the second floor. It was a great experience. Our flight got delayed and the owner accommodated us and allowed us to extend our stay by providing another room accommodation. The amenities are good and the place is very clean and neat. Overall, i would definitely recommend the property.

There were a lot of mosquitos in there and i mean a lot the charging ports aren't in proper position and the blue lighting in one room was damaged and flickering

Only one room has ac and tv another room has nothing. So if 4 people are there then the room is not suitable for them.
