very nice place, food quality is very good,romm is very neat and clean,gardening is very nice,wush to visit next ton me..

Rooms are not very clean. Intercom not working I had to get after them for TV recharge Food is good. Entry and exit is too hectic

The rooms were shabby and damp. The smell of stale air was really suffocating and we had to open all doors to let fresh air in. The wooden ceiling has become mouldy. Coming to the buffet spread, the exact same menu was served on consecutive days and most of the food was stale. The desserts were probably weeks old . Staff is helpful and friendly but the resort has seen better days. It seems there has been no upkeep and renovation for long. Also, the food was an absolute mood killer. The breakfast buffet barely had 2-3 items. We can compromise with taste sometimes, but freshness is something nobody should compromise with. The pricing is also not very competitive and much better options are available. This was our second visit and I am sure there won't be a third after this.

Food options are very less , bed sheet was torn . Even bottle or can of cold drinks not available .

The property is very well maintained and location is superb....it's a beautiful place to unwind from the bustling cacaphony of daily city life....the cottage is located in a island surrounded by a massive Lake pond... peaceful and quiet. The food is a little expensive but worth having coz of the delicious taste. The staffs were also well behaved. Recommended and Liklyto visit again for a 2-3 days long weekend stay. we had a terrible experience, firstly the TV dish connection for not working due to non-recharge. then secondly it's was a poor experience in lunch as we didn't get all the food which we ordered.thirdly while doing breakfast we told to give them bread butter but no one responded and also we didn't have enough food for breakfast so we checked out without having breakfast and lastly while checking out we find that they have done by duplicate signature in the food bill which we haven't ordered.

Pleasant Stay, Quality of Food has scope of improvement. Apart from that the Property is serene. Perfect for Staycation with Family and Loved Ones.

Food quality has degraded in the main restaurant. Onions served with the fries were smelly and not fresh at all. When we asked to change it, a different set of same smelly onions served from refrigerator. Birds are flying where food is kept and even took food from where it was kept from buffet breakfast. When highlighted, the attendants not even replaced those slice of of cakes which were partially eaten by the bird.

Ekanta Cottage in Eco park is marvelous for me.Its environment and position is just beautiful when I visit there I do not feel I am in Kolkata because it's full of nature beauty, and the staff behaviour is too polite and good just like friendly. So I recommend everyone to come and enjoy the nature beauty and make your mind with peace of energy.

shortage of maintenance, too much cockroj in the room , food quality is good . service also good , location also good, only room maintenance little poor

Booked room for 1 day. Room allocated with faulty heater. When pointed out took 3 person and about an hour to repair. Couldn't get shower within time. Room service is pathetic. Asked for one extra tea bag but denied Behavior of Security stuff is very rude specially in the entry gate. If you have private car , you will be harassed. The place is exclusive and with scenic beauty. Food is also very good. Need to improve service AND definitely replace the security in the entry gate.......

Amazing food.. Excellent rooms..Nice experience ... we spent 1 day here - a family of 3.. the food was really yummy and the maintenance is superb.. Room has all basic amenities and you have a nice view of the lake
