We had a pleasant stay at Dream Valley Resort, and it turned out to be a good family-friendly getaway. One thing I really appreciated was how infant-friendly the resort is. The staff happily provided no-salt, no-sugar food for our baby at no extra cost, which was a big relief for us. Their helpful attitude made the stay much easier. The property is spacious with plenty of greenery, and the rooms were comfortable, though the overall look of the resort is starting to show its age. Unfortunately, the water park, rides, and rain dance area felt worn out and not very useful, which is the main reason I deducted one star. Food options were decent, the staff was polite, and check-in was smooth. With some renovation and improvement to the water activities, this could easily be a 5-star experience. Overall, a good choice for families—especially those traveling with infants. But if you are going only for the water rides, I would recommend not to go there.

Resort is good

Extremely into the nature... Everything in one resort... Clean swimming pool, good food, good service ... Perfect place if you want to take a break from city chaos... Worth the money 🤘🏻

very nice and cozy place to stay..my relatives have enjoyed a lot... it was nice staying in resort .... kids have enjoyed a lot.. and very good food

i stayed there for a day, The property is good, but i felt the staff there is clueless about anything. Randomly people will ask questions. Like i come out of the reception while checking out and 10 steps ahead, the watchman asks, have you paid the bills. I mean some slip or some indication could be better instead of replaying to such questions at different places. and this is just one of such incidents. Food is Average. Water park is a plus, if you have kids and it can be an wonderful stay for your family. Bathrooms are horrible. Property is great, lush green and calm. Price is also reasonable

The slides are not maintained well! All of our constitutes tore down due to rough slides surface.. they need maintenance.

Dear Team, I had booked a premium room with breakfast at Dream Valley Resorts for the 19th of April, 2025, under the name Ashish Kumar Dwivedi. I checked in around 4:00 PM and was assigned Room No. 102. Unfortunately, later that evening after dinner, both of my children developed a high fever. Due to this medical emergency, I had no choice but to check out around 2:00 AM. At the time of checkout, I was informed by your staff that I would be charged the full amount, including the breakfast, which we were unable to avail. I was disappointed with the way this situation was handled. In circumstances involving emergencies, I believe a more empathetic and customer-centric approach should be considered. Charging for a service that was not used, especially under such critical conditions, feels unfair and has left me quite dissatisfied. Due to this experience, I am reluctant to recommend Dream Valley Resorts to my colleagues and friends. I believe the breakfast charge should have been adjusted in the final bill as a goodwill gesture. Regretfully, I will not be opting for or recommending your services in the future.

Worst maintenance and very unhygienic. Rooms are very bad. No car parking, we need to park outside under tress. Restaurant was terrible.

its an ok resort but goy good water rides.Except that room was not great.Food is too expensive for a bournvita it costs 250.Food is not even tasty

we could not utilise the stay due to some issue... we reuquest for the credit voucher but could not get it..

The resort was good only but there were too many STRAY DOGS in the resort barking , chasing and creating nuisance , which is not safe for kids. Water slides are too ROUGH and make holes in clothes.

All good little improvement is needed with respect to service . This is the 3rd time we are staying here.

Dream valley resort and spa not that as expected cost wise not budget friendly, they charge room only for 2members, even if we are three members family also we have to take 2rooms and except water park there is nothing much to c there, indoor games area not maintained well, it's like a old building. Food is very much costly. Thank you

The resort management asking for marriage certificate is that necessary no where mentioned during booking we felt very embarrassed on that day and came back we lost 4000 rs due to that that booking was non refundable

Had a comfortable and peaceful stay in dream valley. The room was neat and clean. Also the food was amazing. Really liked the amenities. The buffet breakfast was good too. Overall a great stay.

Very uncomfortable, unsafe and creepy stay. I had to vacate in the middle of the night. Total waste of money.
