property was useless, was not able to use landline or any room service. water is black in the early morning, AC remote unavailable, Tv Remote unavailable and not working tv. very very unprofessional staff at reception. staff was not resolving the query at all

experience was overall Good, except some issues as they show free water bottle but charged for it later and other issues in room like things missing, room service delay response etc

This hotel. Having poor room service. No cleaness. The only plus point is that tgis hotel is near satellite bus station.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The toilets were not clean, and the wi-fi was not available. Room service was unsatisfactory. Additionally, there was no mat outside the bathroom. When i requested one, they simply provided a towel and placed it in front of the bathroom.

The service was bad there was no electricity when we reached our hotel staff was not behaving well room service staff was good but receptionist was terrible wifi wasn’t working moreover the television was also not working i felt like i wasted my money booking the hotel there were no amenities like for example there was no dental kit provided there was no kettle or tea pouches in room overall very bad experience

This hotel is our biggest nightmare as we have a 1 year old kid and they don’t provide even the basic amenities in the room like kettle or glass. Also nothing is available when you need something, moreover they charge a heavy amount for everything and food is also not good, thelewala’s have even better and tasty food than what they serve. Landline was dead and even if you order something at the reception, they take ample of time to get back to you with that or you have to remind them twice. All they have to say is “madam oyo wale ye provide nahi karte, oyo ye nahi krta and so on” I literally got tears in my eyes and was blaming myself that why the hell I booked this hotel. I have ordered khichdi and specifically told them that it’s for the baby and guided them not add spice but they served rice and spiced daal mix which was having green chilli in it for my baby. Shame on all the employees working there and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at all.
