it was too comfortable, tension free and full of amenities easily available apartment stay. The caretaker boy provided was too helpful and active and easily available on 1 call,never said no for anything at any time night or day he was ready for our service owner is too generous and taking care of every small need,contacting by himself asking about any requirement.Very very happy with stay and area and facilities and caretaker boy

Very neat and cosy place with very good host

The property was really pretty and well maintained , Host was very accomodative and friendly. We had a very lovely stay , would recommend this for a cozy homely vibe . Would definitely consider visiting again

Great location, amazing balcony view, specious place, clean cozy beds and close to many great restaurants, beaches like vagator,anjuna and ozron. Juhi was truly a super host.Anything we needed or asked her she replied in a few minutes.Definitely I recommend you stay here.

I just had the best stay in casa de sam's.It is just like the pictures shown on mmt website.The pool view balcony is perfect and airy.It has all the facilities to go with it.. beaches and good restaurants are nearby . The caretaker is polite and supportive.Its definitely worth more than I paid for.Best place to stay with family and friends.

The property is exactly as shown in the pictures, very convenient and well maintained. We had a comfortable stay, even though we faced little trouble with the geyser, the property owner and the caretaker were quick to resolve it. The location is excellent. There is a restaurant present on the property, food can be ordered through phone call and will be delivered to your room. Overall I will rate the property 5/5.
