Casa de Sam's - 2BHK Pool View apartment near Vagator / Anjuna beach

After long searching and wishlisting the places in Goa. We went ahead with Casa De Sam. The apartment was excellent had all the amenities mentioned. The owner was so sweet that he mentioned and personally connected with me and asked to check with him if we have any issues during our stay. We felt as if we were in our own home there but in Goa🥰 I suggested one thing regarding the issue I faced and Mr Sam personally messaged me told the issue has been taken care of. I still want to visit the same place again and relieve the memory. Long story short if you are looking for decent place to stay and enjoy the North Goa then don't miss the place. Be sure to take care of the apartment as your own home because they trust us to be the best people and we should give them the chance for them to treat us better on our future visits. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures, very convenient and well maintained. We had a comfortable stay, even though we faced little trouble with the geyser, the property owner and the caretaker were quick to resolve it. The location is excellent. There is a restaurant present on the property, food can be ordered through phone call and will be delivered to your room. Overall I will rate the property 5/5.

I had an excellent stay at casa de sam’s. The property was spotless, with top-notch cleanliness and hygiene. The staff were extremely supportive and polite, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Wonderful experience! the property is exceptionally clean, and the pool view from the balcony is breathtaking. The caretaker was polite, supportive, and ensured all our needs were taken care of. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials. The location is close to the beaches, and you can also enjoy great restaurants and bars for nightlife. Highly recommended for all age groups!

I have stayed in casa de seam apartments and highly recommended it for a stay in goa. It's very neat and clean. Also very near to an important beach. The flat owner and care taker are very good and attentive. The flat owner called me and made all the arrangements before we reached our stay and made us feel at home in goa. I just had the best stay in casa de sam's.It is just like the pictures shown on mmt website.The pool view balcony is perfect and airy.It has all the facilities to go with it.. beaches and good restaurants are nearby . The caretaker is polite and supportive.Its definitely worth more than I paid for.Best place to stay with family and friends.

This modern and beautifully decorated house offers all the amenities you could need. The lighting arrangement in every room is fantastic. The pool-facing balcony, on-campus bar, and restaurant are wonderful additions. The caretaker is polite and very supportive. Beaches are nearby and can be reached within five minutes. Staying at casa de sam was comfortable and amazing. Neat and clean, tastefully decorated, managed and well equipped kitchen with all amenities. Vagator, anjuna and ozron beaches are nearby pool view balcony. Caretaker sadiq is helpful and polite. We enjoyed the stay very much. Highly recommended.

Great location, amazing balcony view, specious place, clean cozy beds and close to many great restaurants, beaches like vagator,anjuna and ozron. Juhi was truly a super host.Anything we needed or asked her she replied in a few minutes.Definitely I recommend you stay here.
