1) shanty location, doesnt feel safe for family 2) checkin was a bit late & was greated wigh 02 persons at reception, 3) was called at 1am a previous night to confirm my booking, when i had paid complete amount in advance. 4) the pics in reviews on different website are nothing but illusion, in reality the breakfast area is totally unhygeinic 5) no amenities in the room, no remote working

Rooms were not good no amenities and the gust staying in next room was shouting and fighting in the night after drinking. Owner/caretaker were also not there.

It was a nice stay and accommodation was good, its is very near to calangute beach. We had a very good atmosphere in the hotel

The host is not cooperating with guest. At the time of checkout the host is not a available, upon communication after some delay he is asking for extra charges on his own mistake which is legally wrong

This worst hotel, not looking good as you shown. I didn’t stay in this hotel due to not maintaining well, there is no value for customers. Worst worse

Following is feedback: * rooms are just okay. Not bad, not good * the reception area is very bad and not good for families * faced issues related to water in the washroom * faced issues related to electricity * breakfast options are too bad. Suggestions to future guests to not book breakfast with this hotel

Need some additions like hot water, cupboard, time to time maintainance, staff training. Hot water for bath is big challenge (not provided on time, staff is not trained, so service is very poor like towels, toiletries not available. Breakfast timing is not fixed, so with breakfast booking is waste of money. From beach 3-4 minutes walking distance. The property was good, neat and clean because it's a new one.

2. The stay was decent. But there was no water available at all. We had to buy bottles for the whole time we stayed there. Water i believe is a basic necessity for any stay. The owner also suggested us to go on waters-ports and took 1500 from us. It was the worst experience of my life wasted a whole day in goa. In general the stay was good but the hospitality is 0. The worst one i’ve seen so far.

One of the finest places for accommodation in calangute. In bell-as residency we had stayed for 2 days n 3 nights they provide fooding also as they have an independent kitchen in ground floor. We have poha and coffee it really tastes good they have local goan foods and north indian foods in their menu. Mr. Sohan the owner is very friendly he helped for scooty riding and water sports activities, we have not faced any problem. Hotels is budget friendly in goa and placed in centre of the town, near by all the shops are available and nearest to all famous beaches ( anjuna, baga beach, candolim, room is also very neat and clean, housekeeping dept. Also available. For water sports activities pick and drop facility is also available by mr. Sohan. Thankyou for helping us and making us feeling secured in goa.

The building itself is very untidy, poor room service. No hot water inside the room. Ac wasn't cooling.

Owner is very friendly, staffs don't care about the guests everything has to be asked to be done, they don't make efforts to provide even complimentary things to the guest.

3. We book room for family for a price 2k around per night. So many problems, fridge and tv available in room but not working. Ac working but water leaking. Room and passage and staircase not cleaned well. Breakfast included in our package but 1 plate per head is not sufficient quantity to anyone and if u pay they will give good quantity.

Hi, thanks a lot for good hospitality at bella's residency. Mr. Ivan was so friendly and he could able to spend some quality time with us explaining the places to visit and explore in and around goa. And he also helps us to find some right sources who can arrange cabs and other amenities for us to make our stay in goa smooth and with no hindrences. The food was of good taste and he could able to serve some south indian dishes also. Hot water was the only constraint and we couldn't able to get it on time and another thing was some issue with tap at one room.

Basic rooms but good enough for the low price. Just had a weird smell probably due to rains. Good for a budget trip. Also doesn't have elevator

Booked luxury room, tv is huge, great experience and bed is king size. Bathroom is also unique. We had booked this room as our anniversary day, loved the experience. Staff was very helpful and they also provided a complimentary cake as a gift. Really thankyou for everything. Will refer all my friends for bella's residency. Please do visit it and experience their luxury room felt like we stayed in 3 star property

Owner is very helpful, food is good and it's very close to the beach, price is affordable and have a good terrace view. Must recommended as they provide pickup and drop and have all packages as well

Stairs are very dirty. Food is very cheap quality and costly. They did charge me 80 rs per small glass (maximum 150 ml) milk for my daughter. First day they gave me a room, which is like government hospital ward. But after my request they changed my room. But i am thankful to owner, who personally helped me to give milk for my daughter in early morning. But other kitchen staff is ill mannered and make horrible food. I have given amount for my daughter also, but there is no extra bed or mattresses provided. Even they refused to give breakfast for my daughter. Last time i did book my hotel in sterling mussoorie through make my trip and get wonderful stay and extra ordinary breakfast. But here i got only very ordinary breakfast which is very less, and only one item.

We booked 3 rooms for 12 members but they have given 1 bhk & one std room. The service of this hotel was very poor as they have not given any towel, soap & water bottle. In the morning breakfast which was included in the booking only bread sandwich & tea was given.
