The hotel was located very close to the Mumbai–Pune toll gate, and throughout the entire night, I was disturbed by continuous honking and heavy traffic noise, making it impossible to get proper rest. To make matters worse, hot water was not available, even though I clearly informed the caretaker that I needed to take a bath by 3:30 AM. I was told to call in the morning, which I did — both on the landline and the mobile number — but received no response or assistance. This experience was highly frustrating, especially since I had important travel plans early in the morning. MakeMyTrip, you truly made my day worse than the worst.

The hotel was very terrible and there was no service at all. i booked an ac room but when i reached for checkin the ac room was not available and they shifted to other non ac room. All the rooms were terrible, there was no proper lights and the sockets were not working for charging phones. The bed sheet was teared and wash room was dirty and stinky.

They charged like a 2 start hotel and the facility was like a dorm, bad experience bad service by the hotel staff, toilet was blocked, door knobs were broken, damp across the room, not water facility toilet was dirty

No water, no staff, dirty toilet, broken bucket, no door mat.

The room was not cleaned and stinking, the towels and floor mat was dirty, and the staff denied changing mat, saying they were in short supply. Hot water was not available, as the geyser was burnt. They had to heat it with immersion rod. Poor service at this price!

Bad quality of service, ill mannered keeping staff and dirty rooms. Zero value for money and customer service.

It's a non-ac hotel with room smelling so bad. Charged us high via MMT but should take care of room freshness, blankets etc which were smelling bad.

Food facility was not like by me but this hotel had a peaceful room.

Very bad experience and provided a small room not as shown in pictures and getting bad smell from washroom as well as outside. I had requested to change the blankets which looks ugly but not and some oil marks as well on the blankets. Not recommended. Go head with the other hotels.

Only plus point of hotel is that it is near to market. Else nothing is good in it. No lift, no swimming pool, not cleanliness, staff is not professional but good in manner.

Location was good near to main market and bus railway station.
Room was not comfortable and too smelling.

Dirty, leakages, geyser not working.

The hotel is located on the main street itself and not too far from the station. The room that we got was really congested one and was not clean at all. We had to ask for room freshener as it was stinking a lot from room till the towels. They did not even provide water to us. When asked for a different room the management demanded another 1000 rs as they had bigger room available. Overall it was not a nice experience at all.

Very shabby and uncleaned place. Not maintained and photos are fake.
