There were poor cleanliness in room n washroom. Also Blanket was very dirty .. Overall terrible stay at hotel...Need lot of improvement

AC was not working. Not single person there for attending our query. Finaly we have to adjust with without qc after paying ac charges

Hotel rooms and wash rooms were not clean . There was no availability of any tea or breakfast. No provision of lunch or dinner. Very bad bed and amenities. Never recommend this hotel

Very bad customer service. They misuse personal number and call to family without our notice.

There's no pantry car available. Washrooms weren't clean.

Rooms were not cleaned.

The attendant who was present after 10 am was nice in behaviour. He listened to our queries and requirements in a single shot. I wanted to stay in the sea view room but didn't get the option to book it from the mm t app. It's the only hotel having a good ambience as of now near and beside the sea along with a car parking area. Room was clean, bathroom was higenice. Because of bad weather we came back otherwise it's a good to stay place.

Smooth check in process room was spacious enuf for 2 people ac was excellent and the view from balcony was awesome

The location of the hotel was fab! book for sea facing rooms only that gives u an awesome view of the murudeshwar temple.

Rooms were clean, and big, they had sufficient charging points, and bathrooms were very clean. non-ac rooms do not face the beach, AC rooms that face the beach are quite beautiful. Breakfast was not available, had to go to nearby places.

It was average no ventilation in the room and rooms are not cleaned properly bathroom had spider nets.

Upkeep of room is neglected. Bath room door, decorative strips on sheets peeled out(room 101) otherwise ok

It is situated in a good place very near the beach. Beach view is very nice with proper parking. Rooms are kept neat & clean. Good place to stay with friends and with family.

Good place to stay and near by to beach play area

Coridors are dusty due to construction on 1st floor. Rooms and bathrooms were okie for that price but it's little smelly can be maintained little better. Car parking is available that's the good part. And beach is very near and the view is beautiful.
