Terrible Stay

I checked in late night. Nobody was there at reception. I had to wake up someone. He took 30 min to check me in. Room was dirty. Not up to mark. Hot water was not there. Even after paying for complimentary breakfast they didn't provide the breakfast and i had to pay for the breakfast cause the receptionist was not present and he didn't provide me the receipt for the breakfast

The location is good, if you have business to attend in Chennai Trade Centre. its walking distance. Rooms are clean, basic and functional. big plus is an A2B Restaurant on 1st floor. Definitely will book here if having to attend any show in Chennai Trade Centre.

mmt charged me a bomb the room cost is 2500 and I was charged over 5500 my colleagues had to pay half of what I paid on the same dates same rooms

Poor maintenance. Lot of mosquitoes are there in room and bathroom. Bathroom is not clean. Flush also not working. Instead of complaining that flush is not working, it is not repaired. Overall the stay is bad. Only good part is food
