The place is really good. Just 15mins from main market. Clean and very cosy place to stay. Kitchen is well maintained. Rooms are good and clean and with room heaters in every room. The owners are very friendly and good. Breakfast provided is best. A good stay.

This is very good service apartment. We stay here for 2 nights. House owner's brother mr been helped us a lot by giving information and guidance for scheduling our tour for 4 days and we prepared tea and maggi in the kitchen. All essentials were made available by the house owner. The only issue is with parking of vehicle. But since we were not having our own vehicle here in shillong and we hired local taxi, we didn't face any problem. I recommend it for other for family stay because it is having two bedrooms, two bathrooms one drawing room and kitchen.

Property was good and clean. The issues we faced were there was no parking place. Also, there was only one toilet for two families due to which it took time for us to get ready in the morning. Owner was good. They provided us with complementary items like eggs, maggi, milk. Overall, the saty was good and recommended.

Risa maria service centre is a good homestay. After taking the room no one disturbs you like a tenant. It has one toilet and one bathroom, one fully operational kitchen including utensils. Only one suggestion to the owner, please fix the toilet and bathroom door as it jams and dont get closed properly without being forced.

The apartment is located in the main market but it is accessible just a few mins from the police bazaar about the hygiene the apartment was very clean, comfortable and everything was up to the mark very homelike. Social distancing was maintained. Especially recommend the apartment for families travel-ling and group of friends. The rooms were very spacious and very beautiful apartment overall a great stay. Loved it and thanks for the service.

Beautiful house with very cooperative owner. The only con would probably be that the location was a little isolated. Everything else was close to perfect.

Enjoyed our stay, stayed with family and friends. This place comes with a fully functional kitchen which helps if you are traveling with small kids. The place is very clean, looks much better than the pictures. The only drawback is that it's a little far from the city center and non-availability of parking. Overall worth the money you are paying. Recommended.

Overall stay was excellent and comfortable. I enjoyed the stay. It was a very pleasant experience there. The location, property, all was excellent. They provided the best services. It was a recommendable property for all.

The property was easily accessible but the location was a bit far from the main laitumkhrah circle. The rooms were good, the whole place was cozy and the experience was very good. The complimentary breakfast served was good. The staff was very good and helpful.
