I booked for queen bed and I was given two single bed

Location and facilities are found in right Location. However house keeping is not found satisfied.

property is easily accessible from railway station. Room although small was neat.

The property is good and located in the centre of the city and early accessible for the Central bus station and the central railway junction,

Smooth check in and check out, Room was average, Service was nice, Fan was noisy, Well polished linen and Overall it was a decent experience.

The experience was good, I have booked an economy room when it comes to the hotel the interior lighting could have been better as it doesn't not had enough lumins. also the room size is around 60to 70 sqft which for one person is adequate but for two the space is not enough when it comes to room service they have done there job pretty well and the bathrooms are clean and neat

The room was smelling and stuffed..AC was not working proper…Bed was only for three while we booked for four adults…Room very small …

They gave average service not too great . The rooms were clean but there was poor lighting, the room was so dim . Their restaurant's food was not too satisfactory. The location was located pretty close to the bus stop as well as the train junction.

Food is bit expensive and the odour, the quality of the rooms were not upto the mark. Expensive in early checkins

Had No ventilation and Morning complimentary breakfast was not mention anywhere or no information given. Reached by 9:45 for breakfast and got a reply that it completed by 9:30.

Amenities not provided no Hindi channel .

No Water Bottles, No Shampoo and No Oil as a primary kit. Not an issue we are using ir not, but it is mandatory. Water Bottle Charged 27rs. No Mobile Signals. Rest Room are not hygienic. Overall service is poor.
