Everything was nice.. Only the room size can be a little bigger.. The rest was perfect

Hotel is very close to the city central bus stand. Cordial staff at reception and room service. Food is OK but costly.

We have stayed there for two days. Beds are clean and good. Room has neat and clean. Especially rest room is super.The intercom only not working.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the property. The location was perfect—peaceful yet well-connected to nearby attractions and essentials. It made commuting easy and enjoyable.,but need more clean

Not clean, Not providing dental kit, Requested for room boy for purchasing. They don't have man power for that.

The staff in the hotel don't give importance to the customers. If you ask for a service they will come after one hour. Once the time is over they will disconnect the electricity. In my lifetime for the last 32 Years I have never seen this type of worst attitude in any hotel's. Service is very very poor. Don't recommend this hotel to anyone. In the scale of 0 to 10 my rating is 0. Horrible experience Thanks

I booked for queen bed and I was given two single bed

Location and facilities are found in right Location. However house keeping is not found satisfied.

property is easily accessible from railway station. Room although small was neat.

The experience was good, I have booked an economy room when it comes to the hotel the interior lighting could have been better as it doesn't not had enough lumins. also the room size is around 60to 70 sqft which for one person is adequate but for two the space is not enough when it comes to room service they have done there job pretty well and the bathrooms are clean and neat

The room was smelling and stuffed..AC was not working proper…Bed was only for three while we booked for four adults…Room very small …

They gave average service not too great . The rooms were clean but there was poor lighting, the room was so dim . Their restaurant's food was not too satisfactory. The location was located pretty close to the bus stop as well as the train junction.

Food is bit expensive and the odour, the quality of the rooms were not upto the mark. Expensive in early checkins
