Review Of JALASHRAY RESORT

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Average hotel, no resort like vibes. Pool isnt clean, green colour water. Food takes quite some time to be served.

It's a horrible experience to stay in jalashray resort. No hotel staffs are available at night to response your any need. Cleanliness is also very low standards and food quality is not up to mark. They forcefully send more food which you not ordered also and charge for that.

Average due to not fulfill amenities like resort. However, ambience and quality of rooms are very good

Shabby and unhygienic rooms, linen was dirty, unhealthy food and non smiling staff, never go to that hotel again.

Good resort. But indoor games and gym were missing. Would have been better stay with these amenities.

Stay was good, but hospitality matters were low, because nobody was available at check in time for room allotment.

1. Cigarette smoke was coming in the bathroom. It was suffocating and caused difficulty in breathing. Complained about it since afternoon but nothing was done. They just kept air freshener in room. Finally at night around 11 pm they changed our room after repeated complaints from us. 2. Flush was not working 3. Ac stopped working for sometime in the old room also and new room also. 4. Service is pathetic. Despite calling multiple times, nobody comes to clean the room 5. Linen is stained and dirty.

Nice property, good location, big rooms and good service. Overall a good experience.

The place is worth a visit for its price. Good cleanliness and very good staff.

Great rooms and lobby. Prime location and good tasty breakfast but the staff is pathetic. They close the swimming pool at 6 and don't start till 8 am the next day. very badly managed brunch and the cleaning team never has new laundry sets.

The rooms had a opaque sheet over their window. Basically there is no outside view at all. Which felt very suffocating, the wifi doesn't work and when asked to help about it the staff is showing their phones and saying that their phones get connected and so there must be some issue with our phones. And this is when none of us 3 guests could connect our phones. Then to make things worse, the bedsheet had a large blood stain and even the breakfast had such limited options. Even the staff was least interested and had no idea how to deal with a guest. Overall, highly disappointed with our stay.

You cannot describe it as a reort bcoz there are no such acitibitues like resort other than only swimming pool. Yes but it holds awesome room and hotel ambience along with delicious food serving restaurant
