they give our room to another person without our confirmation and made arrangement in another hotel with a very bad infrastructure . I will never go with MMT , even after complaint, no necessary action was taken

over all good and it is nearest to railway station and city center but there is no lift in the hotel and ventilation from outside is low

Poor Stay
familyThis was an overnight stay place for our family before we catch the train from aligarh station. The hotel did not have lift that was a major put off at the beginning as we had senior citizens with us. The bed had a lot of bed bugs, cockroaches and was unclean. Even the bathroom was in a terrible state. The fan regulator was missing as well
