Worst hotel, worst heigene, worst worst worst fraud. Booked ram-ya residency but when i reached hotel they took me to another hotel ( sai priya residency. Which is very worst quality, bad smell, worst restroom, worst bedsheet, lift is not clean,

This is not upto the level. Hotel atmosphere was not good. Poor maintenance. Better to avoid to show this kind of hotel

I booked the room just 1 hour in advance at midnight and informed the hotel staff that i will be arriving at their place in an hour. The staff kept the room ready when i arrived there. The stay was good. The hotel is close to kotipalli business stand which is a big center for eateries.

Bath room pathetic, no blankets given, no hot water

Instead of 12 to 11, requested for a 7am to 7am check in and out, which the hotel agreed. Thanks for that. Issue was toilet flush was not working and was not attended to in 2 days of my stay.

Only drinkers are staying in the hotel. Costly, not cleaned at all, family should not enter inside it. No such facilities available at the hotel. If you ask for basic things that we normally get as part of the room like soap, bedsheet, water they provide them else you will not get it.

Near to kottipalli bus stop it is the centre of the city

Hotel bodies are excellent, rooms are also clean.

I am a frequent business traveler and my recent travel experience to rajamundry have taught me one good lesson in life. Never book hotels in c class towns. i have booked it i didn't behave any option not to stick to it at 9 pm in night. The room was pathetic. Ac was sounding like a grinding machine. Bed linen was old and torn, water was dripping on walls. U can see that in my pics posted. Tv was not working. Bathroom water was leaking. Even after complaining to the hotel staff they said all rooms are booked we can't help. He simply said u can look for another hotel at that hr. After a hectic day travel and work i didn't have option but to stay. Very very bad experience. Worse stay. I rate negative to this experience.

They do not value customers it’s too bad
