Room is divided in three parts one small living room (space of two chairs and teapoy) kitchen and bedroom with queen size bed. Outside the room there is place to seat just in front of the parking garage parking available for 2 cars there was some foul smell in the room bathrooms were not cleaned bedsheets g had stains pillows had stains but on request the washed bedsheets and pillow covers were provided. Filtered water jar of 20 litres was provided. Overall stay was ok. If you want to go to room just for sleeping then it's passable.

Budget friendly but only for 2 or 3 people its like a small 1 bhk. Situated within city. This is only for stay. With no facilities(wifi, water)

Pros best at this budget clean bathroom. 3km from bus stand cons water issue: every-time we had to turn on the water motor when the water supply stopped as owner doesn't stay here. I hope they will fix this. If you are group of 4, 2 will have to sleep on the matress on the floor.
