Location was great, Spider webs and cockroaches were there in Kitchen and Rooms, Amenities was fine & Services by care taker was very unhygienic. She had no concept of washing hands or items even if she was dealing with pot or broom and straight away went to deal with kitchen utensils. Even though we requested she straight away ignored that.

We stayed at Quill Residence Villa with our family of eight and had a wonderful experience. The villa is spacious, beautifully maintained, and the private pool was a huge hit. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook our own meals, and the location was ideal—just minutes from Candolim Beach. Highly recommend for a peaceful yet well-connected holiday! This villa exceeded all expectations. From the tasteful interiors to the well-kept private pool, everything was top-notch. The housekeeping staff were prompt and courteous, and having a smart TV and fast Wi-Fi in every room was a plus. Perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Definitely coming back!

groupWe were on our bachelor boys trip. The care take has given full door service of activa, food, taxi service. Cleaning was also done daily. All facilities are there in this villa. Nice design of villa & fully maintained villa. Good for family & couple also.

Location: just off the center of candolim market. Walking distance from popular hangout places, supermarkets, easy to reach. Property: a good villa situated in a gated society. Neat & clean, well made, with all things required in the kitchen and for an overall comfortable stay. Pool shared by guests of the society which is cleaned everyday. Wifi works well. Staff: helpful & courteous. Full cleaning done once everyday. Ready to help with your way around town and for any taxi/rent a car/scooter requirement. Overall a great stay and a great experience thank you
