Room is average and bathroom is really horrible but receptionist is easy to get and he done clear works. Not a best rooms in kadavanthra.

The experience was very bad. We booked the property seeing the photos and it was not at all like that. Washroom was not clean and had cigarettes inside. There was foul smell and tithe walls and curtains were extremely dirty. The care taker was not at all concerned about our complaints. The room didn’t even have keys and when we asked them about it they gave us another room. The washroom didn’t have water and the lock was not proper.

Extremely horrific. After day one the power supply went off so i checkout right away. And asked to process for refund. They said they will process it in 4 days. No updates on it yet

Unsafe for ladies, it was a terrible experience, didn’t stay as the reception guy said i will get a refund, they cancel-led it from their end but no refund received as on today

Old cigarette smelly rooms, unclean sheets and kept changing rooms none of them are good. They said their laundry machine is broken that day. Coming up with silly excuses and i even called the owner and he said he’ll arrange good rooms and later he just switched off his phone. The place doesn’t even look close enough. I left the place that night itself.

Very bad, full cockroaches and bad customer service, no towel and soap. Dirty bed

The rooms were good. The bed were twin beds where we requested was a kind bed. Service wasn’t upto mark.

I went along with 2 of my friends and had the worst experience ever. The hotel is nothing like the pictures and moreover it doesn't even meet your lowest expectations in terms of hygiene or amenities. The hotel doesn't have a proper lounge and have only other state staffs who doesn't know either English or Malayalam and are extremely unprofessional.Rooms are extremely dirty with stained walls, dirty beddings and broken,smelly toilets. The room which was initially given to us smelled and we asked for a change.Despite all this,we had to stay there since there were no feasible options for us then at that hour of the day and couldnt afford booking another hotel.But I would say this is one of the worst hotel I have been to from my experience this can be one of the most unsafe place in Cochin to stay with your family or friends.

Bedsheets are not clean. Surrounding are not at all neat. We stayed at so many hotels but it was my worst stay over there. Bed were also not good

Location is good, but property neatness hygiene not upto the mark, no soap shampoo provided, towel was-not clean

Rooms are not cleaned properly.

The rooms were so dirty. There were lipstick on the walls. The rooms were terrible and the most important thing. The bed was not at all comfortable. The rooms were not at all hygienic.

I stayed in this "hotel" for a day and night. I checked in around 8am (just to leave my luggage in the property- the workers there kept my luggage in the lobby till i return back) and left for my work, came back around 9. 30pm and the room wasn't ready. Took around another 10-20mins, and i was taken to this shabby room. It was terrible. The bathroom roof was leaking, ac didn't work properly and was leaking through the curtains, the sofa was torn, the bed sheets given to us was not washed, tv didn't have any channels ( not even a new channel. The next day i was going to check out at 12pm, but in-between the host was so rude to us and asked us to pay extra. They said the check out time was 11am, but infront of the reception it was written 12pm as the check out time. They wanted us to pay 50% of the amount. See, i didn't come alone there, i was with my mom. So we 2 ladies, were disrespected there, and moreover they wanted us to leave or pay 50% of the total amount. When we tried to reason with them that this was outrageous, they asked us to complain to make-my-trip associate because we didn't directly book the room so it doesn't matter to them. I will say this was the worst hotel i have ever seen.

The sheets and pillow cover were covered in stains and the sheet was itchy the water provided was not a sealed one and there wasn't no dental kit.

It was all. Good and the staff was cooperative and properly took care of whatever requests were given to them

Even though they are saying kitchen facility, only one oven is available. No kitchen utensils

Very very bad experience, rude staff, very very unclean environment.
