Plaza Guest House Mumbai Central

The Skyline Inn property was new and too good, it was very clean and I feel very fresh in the hotel premises. Don't have idea about the food, I did not tried it.

Not recommended for family and business travellers. The hotel literally looks like an under rated hotel for some other people.

Hotel is in second floor. Other than old steps, no lift available rooms are congested and badly maintained water leaking from upstairs room i will not not recommend

This is just because of your mistake only. Stay in plaza gust house was the worst experience, according to hotel, they closed the booking but you just manage the reservation in the same hotel. My grievance is with makemytrip. Why there is no response?

Hotel rooms are very cleaned and staffs are very helpful. Hotel is nearer to Mumbai Central railway Station.

I booked two bed room for three persons, for us room was small, no mattress were provided. The hotel is at second floor but no lift was available, it was difficult to carry luggage to the hotel, reception is also located at second floor. No person was available to attend the luggage of tourists. Overall stay was manageable in this commercial capital of India.

Good stay but staring problem. Room book 2 bed but those give me 1 bed but change next day.

Bad ambiance, no proper Wi-Fi, water shortage and rooms are too small. The photos in the app are not the same what it is in the guest house(not Hotel).

Free Wi-Fi is wrongly mentioned, it is limited to reception area, otherwise room I booked from MakeMyTrip is affordable but they didn't provide any kit. Initially they were reluctant to give the room I booked, and there was some water shortage however these were sorted after some interventions from MakeMyTrip CC Team. Not best place but convenient for commuting and you get it for less for 2 persons then you go for it.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Close to the station. For me its was very convenient as I was travelling by train. The price is also reasonable. The only thing they need to work on is cleanliness otherwise the service is good. Food was also good. Thanks

Very small room, good service, food also good. But less maintenance. Washroom was neat. First day we couldn’t adjust, 2nd day we got habituated. Finally that was a nice stay. But very small room & suffocating

Actually bookinv was non AC deluxe But As hotel rooms are booked They had transfer me in standard room Not bad OK For single as well Also complementory AC was provided I m haapy Also Staff Was. Cooperative

Room interior is good and new. Cleanlines is OK. Service is very good. The staff members are very co-operative and helpful. Over all the hotel is good to stay in for 1-2 days. Location is excellent.

This is a filthy place which is quite congested. All pics are fake. I saw a small mouse and a spider in my room. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. Opt for toys place only if you get it for 1200 or below.
