Pihu Guest house

The guest house room that was given to us was not ready when we arrived, and the services that were promised at the time of booking were not available.

Guest hotel is not at all clean and not available any thing which they agreed while booking guest house.

cleaning & sanitation has not been done during 3 days stay. room pic different from the snap shown. bed not available. only matters given bedsheets not available.

first of all all the amenities they have mentioned are not provided kettle, drinking water the room was maintained very badly, full of dust, everywhere they were spider webs not at all cleaned in bathroom also they were no hangers, it became very problematic for us. overall worst experience i would say.. ac remote is also not working it would always show only 16°c only it was horrible for us to be in that temperature. i need refund for my stay please consider my request

Room service is amazing and location is amazing but bedsheet is not so good but overall it's good and behavior of the staff is also good

We had such a wonderful stay. Excellent staff, room were so spacious and extra clean. The staff was always friendly.

After taking check in we were asked to shift in a smaller room. On top of it on every 3-4 hours we were being asked when we will check out. The staff without our permission took our stuff and used it. Will never comeback to this guest house
