He took extra money from us and blocked our devices on wifi and removed us from room 12 hours before checkout time. He behaved very inappropriately.

Its a normal hotel. Nothing great except the location. It is too close to virupaksha temple and you can get all the accessories like cycle, mopeds. Near the hotel itself. Overall I had a comfortable stay.

We booked with Makemytrip around a month before our trip. Even on the day of Check-in, I confirmed the Hotel over phone around 4. 35 pm that we would reach the hotel within next 30-40 minutes. But most surprisingly, on reaching the hotel at around 5. 10 pm, we were first told that someone is sleeping in our allocated room. So they requested us to keep the luggage in their hotel reception and asked us to go and see the nearby places. Though it was very unusual, I did not go into argument. We returned to hotel after 7pm to check-in to our room. And now, they said the room was by mistake allocated to some other party. They wanted to show us a room in a building behind the Vicky Guest house which never looked like a decent hotel room for a family stay. It was already over my patience. After a lot of argument, they finally agreed to put us in Ranjana Guest house, but we had to adjust there also. I would strongly suggest the readers to avoid Vicky's Guest house at Hampi and would also request Makemytrip to blacklist this hotel.

The staff is very nice and helpful and the location is good but the room was not clean (especially the toilet), there were 2 taps of water in the shower: one is cold and the other one is too hot so you have to use a bucket to shower. We paid much less for much nicer guest houses.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as the virupaksha temple and other attractions are closer. The matanga hill is just a half KM so you can wake up early morning any go for the sunrise. The room condition is poor, taps are broken. There is only one socket, so you can charge only one device at a time. The service guy is helpful. The hotel location is not mentioned on google maps and we reached at night and it was hard to find the hotel.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Hampi bazaar. The attractions are located very close to the hotel. The Virupaksha temple is a 2 minute walk from this place. The manager is very nice and helpful. The rooms are a bit small but the other facilities like hot water, toilet, Wi-Fi etc are good.

Stayed from 26/12 to 28/12. Booked through Makemytrip for 3 persons 1 room. It said extra cot will be provided at 300 Rs Per night. I paid the entire amount. On reaching hotel was told they can only provide extra mattress, no cot. There was no floor space to keep mattress. I asked for refund of rs600 which I had paid for extra bed but was denied. Don't be fooled by Makemytrip info. Also size of room was extremely small. There were mosquitoes and the net provided was torn. Couldn't sleep on first night. Second day kept fan on, you couldn't adjust the fan either, it was high all night and I had to put on my thick jacket with the thin sheet provided by the hotel. Hot water supply is also very erratic. The service people were helpful except the owner who refused the refund.

The room is located in the heart of Hampi. To be precise in Hampi bazaar. Apart from that there is nothing much to boast about the room features. The room is located next to the lake and a temple. You get a good view of Hampi from the terrace of the room which is actually 1st floor. The manager is also kind.

Rooms in the hotel are very small in size. There is no additional space in the room to put an extra mattress. They have good terrace with nice view. Hotel staff and manager is good in behavior. There are good cafes, restaurants and viewpoints nearby.

This hotel is located in the Hampi Bazar street at walking distance from the major sites like Virupaksha temple, Matanga Parvat and the Tungabhadra river. It's a small guest house with average facilities. The host manager and his family was cordial and helpful, he even came to drop me till the rickshaw stand. You will get lots of essential shops including cycle and bike rentals, restaurants and breakfast stalls near the guest house. The rooms are not grand but clean and well maintained. The guest house only serves tea, coffee and also has good Wi-Fi connectivity. It's a budget hotel, however would request the hotel to provide filtered water to the guests. Overall I had a very good stay at the guest house and the manager helped me with the directions of Hampi.

Lots of guest houses in Hampi bazar area, ac/non AC, offering free WiFi (as no network works other than This guest house offers basic amenities located very near to virupaksha temple. No AC rooms so any other season apart from nov to jan be sure to book AC accm. Better accm av which are not shown online. Ranges from 1000 to 2500.

Room was so dusty. Bed spreads werent washed and were so dusty. Hot water wasn't available in the bathroom. Washbasin outlet was malfunctioning and it is routed to the bathroom floor itself so that we have to keep our feet above the waste water itself. Our nights were spoilt by mosquitos.

This hotel was very nearer to Hampi bazar. And river view also very nearer to this hotel. Hotel neatness and hospitality was good I will prefer next time also this hotel. I will suggest my friends and family to prefer this hotel to say.

It's very near to Virupaksha Temple. View is too good. It's very good place to visit. Hampi is one of the best places in India. Three days are not enough to cover all these historical places. Good place to visit. Thanks a lot.
