Poor Stay

We stay in unique house amritsar, this hotel have charged rs. 2800 for one night without complimentary breakfast, no matter. But hotel room and room service is very poor, room are very bad condition, proper hygine are missing, bedsheet was very dirty, also in morning room service are asking for tip without any service. Please look this is cheating with customer, today i am very much upset due to this. Thanks. And regards. We all exp-lane all thing, they also not offer hand wash, soap, towel etc. We fill that we stay in any dharamshala. Thanks

I was on job near hotel, due to rain we waiting, hotel owner mr. Dalbir singh him self offer to drop us on site. It was a great experience in hotel unique house
