I booked the stay for just 1 night along with my grandmother & family who loves to cook her own tea & food unfortunately the owner did not gave access to the kitchen area because as per them if we booked 3 rooms they would have given me access i booked 2 rooms.I saw in the amenities before booking it was mentioned and same explained to owner & staff. None of them listened to us & we were forced to check out of the property the owner & care take was too rude and so unprofessional that they even yelled at me and family when not closing the main door while walking out.however still the issue is pending no resolution has been given so far.Money is stuck i checked out in the afternoon however the owner marked the check out later in the night.

I said to them that we can provide u plates and other kitchen curtleries but they were saying again and again we want kitchen but but my kitchen and other three rooms already booked how can I provide them kitchen.
