Terrible experience.

First of all it's not a hotel, I was just a single room. We were a group of 4 people. We were 4 hrs late still the room was not clean and we had to wait more than 40 mins but still no one came. When I complained to mmt then the manager came but still room was not cleaned. We had to look for another room at too in the night.

The guest is lying, I had taken 15 minutes from them and the room was ready in 15 minutes I had called him and i aslo come at property and I had even waited for him for an hour but he did not come.
