Power issue, no hot water, not clean

Cottages have not provided basic amenities, food was horrible and reaching there was one heck of a task.

I was searching for a good and nature friendly resort in google and i got this and i have booked for a day, and the place was as expected and the hospitality was very good. Overall the treatment and the resort maintainance was good

Very bad stay no proper rooms full of cockroaches and insects.

Overall amazing experience stay and food was amazing enjoyed with good piece of mind and we have good memories too

Pros 1. The view outside was good 2. Food taste was good even though it was very very basic. Cons 1. Approach is not at all good, prefer a suv. 2. Property was not well maintained, curtains were broken n not clean, the huge glass opening was dusty to name few. 3. Food, very basic but very expensive. A usual south meals without chapati cost 300. Which sd cost 150 max. 4. No closet to keep cloths 5. Serves food in plastic plates, glasses. 6. No water bottles 7. No wifi, no network 8. The roof is of tin sheet without any insulation in interior. If it's raining heavily, u can't sit inside. Overall not fit fir family, especially with kids. Not professionally managed property, in total not recommended.

One of the coolest cottages I’ve been, well maintained and friendly caretaker. The cottages are bigger than it looks in the picture and has amazing view of the tea gardens. Zero network around the property however, perfect getaway from Bangalore and have a peaceful time. Would definitely recommend this place to friends😍

It was very good. But it lacked basic amenities there no power whole night. There was no network and we weren't informed before about it(only jio and bsnl works) there is no wifi so this all comes under basic amenities and it wasn't provided else, it's actually good and peaceful.

The cottage was good but there was frequent power cut. The food was average. No wifi and poor signal.

The cottages have great tea estate view especially 1st and 2nd cottages. We stayed here for two days and those were the most memorable days. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. Food was average more services can be included for the price.

We stayed in breeze cottage and it was a pleasant experience. The estate is so beautiful and this place is a must visit just for that. Food was average. Breakfast was good. Staff is helpful. Only cottage 1 and 2 have greats views. Cottage is 3 is okay. Do not opt for cottage 4. This is a two storeyed cottage. The cottages have glass windows with no blinds or curtains. The area at the top needs privacy since it's not facing the estate. The sky bed is good but not maintained or positioned so well. However during the night sky views are amazing. There is no network or wifi. Jio works well. The route to the cottage is not so great, but manageable. Overall memorable experience.
