Nice place to stay in. A restaurant is also available right in the same building, room maintenance was good and felt that there is a little bit of space to improve cleanliness. Overall experience was good.

When I booked it was Oyo Vihari Grand. During Checkin, they asked us to go to Vinayaka Grand near by this hotel. Vinayaka Grand was newly constructed hotel and everything was clean. Car parking facility was there. They don't have Restaurant but you can order food. Only problem we faced is AC didn't work during our stay. Rooms were clean.

Poor Stay

I booked the hotel, and i allotted with capital o vihar grand in, but the reception kf the hotel denied to give the room, and they didn't responded in a proper way and i was coming from lakshadweep with wife and two children's and the way they behaved was not good. After talking to the concern head over the phone i allowed to the other hotel named vinayaka grand in. Finally my experience was very bad with the hotel. Kindly instruct them how to behave with the customers. I came to know with their discussion is that keeping the room vacant and telling me no vacant. Because i booked.

I hotel room ambience was so good. Very pleasant to stay good environment, the food from the hotel was very delicious to taste, proper bathroom and clean room, the wi-fi availability is soo fast. Hoping to re-visit again
