location is good, no amenities in the room, they won't provide water bottle & glass in the room. toiletories are sub standard quality. AC in the room are very bad, in the room which we alloted no. 202, within 15 min water starts dripping in the room, at night around 11pm when we forced us, they changed our room to 207. Towels which they provided are durty & torned. also the bed sheet & pille covers are very dirty. service also very poor, our booking was with breakfast, but they won't provide breakfast. No restaurant in the hotel. The hotel is operated in 2 names simontaniously, one is Collection O & other AK Grand we are request you to refund the amount of Breakfast which we pay at the time of booking. location is good, no amenities in the room, they won't provide water bottle & glass in the room. toiletories are sub standard quality. The location was horrible. The restaurant was broken. Not available. .The amenities were sub standard. I did not check in. I reported to make my trip . The representative , assured action for refund but no action as yet. Very bad experience
