Solitaire Resort

Overall amenities are good but in terms of service it needs improvement. Normal basic items like milk powder was not available in the room. When i ask to concerned person for the same he said it is out of stock.

Staff behaviour very polite. Resort was very good.

Booked 2 rooms for 5 adult and 1 kid. Each room has one full size bed which accomodate 2 adult. One Sofa cum Bed was there which was hardly 4 ft long with fully open. Had to sleep with folded legs whole night. Plumbings were rusted and Bathroom Accessories like Tumbler and Bucket are too dirty. Did not look like proper house keeping is done before giving us an occupancy. We were tired after long drive and could not get rest with loud music playing outside in their own banquet facility upto 8.30pm...... not a quiet and clean place for visitors who wants to have pleasant atmosphere.

When i checked in early morning and demanded coffee, after that i came to know that there is no kitchen in the hotel, it has been closed many months ago, due to which i have to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything from zomato and swiggy
