Ramada Encore by Wyndham, Lucknow Airport

The hotel is nicely built and has good infrastructure; however, the services need significant improvement. Guests in the neighbouring room created a lot of noise, making it impossible to sleep until midnight. Despite calling the reception 2–3 times, there was no action taken. The most disappointing part was spotting a rodent near the live counter during breakfast the next morning — this was extremely unhygienic and concerning. Additionally, just before checking out, the housekeeping staff knocked and opened the door immediately, without waiting for a response. This was a serious breach of privacy. Overall, while the property itself is good, the management needs to take urgent steps to improve service quality, hygiene, and staff training.

Stay was very gud, They had maintained hygiene everywhere which looks quite attractive. Dinning needs more improvement in terms of services.

Not allowing guest to room , does not look good. 4hrs sitting outside is fully tired. Due to delay of flight, nobody able to take rest even after having room with me.

Good staff and service but rooms have no window. It is like staying in a cave so it is difficult for one to sleep.

For every entry and exit they were constantly disturbing us...once we ave checked in that is sufficient in itself that we ave gone through the thorough distrubing process..and even if we are being disturbed due to security concerns then there’s no need to check our packages again n again..this is kind of harassment

Hotel location provides Terminal 3 view and within walking distance of airport building entry which avoids hassle of booking cabs for an early morning flight. It was an awesome experience.

The room was well lit, spacious, neat and clean. It had all the basic amenities. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of a variety catering to both veg and non-veg lovers. It was a wonderful stay.

It was terrible. I have booked a room two days back but on the meantime they told me that there is some mistake made by them they have made another booking for my room at the same day

Property location is excellent if you want to stay at Lucknow airport. Exactly at Terminal 3 gate 2. Food is nice rooms are cozy and reqsonable. The only issue I saw was patchy wifi. Overall high recommend

Parking is big issue ..if you have flight and going for 4-5 hours stay then it’s ok..otherwise don’t book here as you have to pay parking fee at airport

default AC temperature was set at 21 degrees Celsius. called up house keeping to help to change to 24, he couldn't do. Requested to change room but night shift incharge said another room set temperature is 18, Default temperature of air conditioner was set at 21 degrees Celsius. House keeping person couldn't change to 24. Requested to change room to shift incharge got reply that default temperature of other room is 18, they were blaming Adani for the same
