Very good services Location And staff all excellent

High point of stay was definitely staff behaviour. Very efficient, prompt and helpful and always courteous. Restaurant services and food taste were also very good.

The best part of this hotel is it's location at the airport itself. The rooms are clean, food is good and staff is courteous.

The room was well lit, spacious, neat and clean. It had all the basic amenities. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of a variety catering to both veg and non-veg lovers. It was a wonderful stay.

It was terrible. I have booked a room two days back but on the meantime they told me that there is some mistake made by them they have made another booking for my room at the same day

Property location is excellent if you want to stay at Lucknow airport. Exactly at Terminal 3 gate 2. Food is nice rooms are cozy and reqsonable. The only issue I saw was patchy wifi. Overall high recommend

Parking is big issue ..if you have flight and going for 4-5 hours stay then it’s ok..otherwise don’t book here as you have to pay parking fee at airport

default AC temperature was set at 21 degrees Celsius. called up house keeping to help to change to 24, he couldn't do. Requested to change room but night shift incharge said another room set temperature is 18, Default temperature of air conditioner was set at 21 degrees Celsius. House keeping person couldn't change to 24. Requested to change room to shift incharge got reply that default temperature of other room is 18, they were blaming Adani for the same

Stay was good and very well maintained property, breakfast was also good. Only a small lack is that rooms do not have any outside view or window either.

very comfortable and beautiful place to stay. As it is within Airport we just moved to hotel after Arrival. Food is very good. Service and behaviour of all staff was very nice and friendly.

Quick Stay for about 6 Hours. Mansi and Anushka great Check In Assistance. Food was also great from The Brio Cafe.

Nice hotel at Lucknow airport. Staff is humble. Room size is small but good enough to stay overnight. Food options must be more but anyways we enjoyed the food.

Ideally located within the Airport premises. Hardly 50 steps from Exit 2. Awesome service Lady at the reception Ms. Mansi was very helpful. The breakfast spread could have been a bit more elaborate but food was fresh and served hot. Overall great experience my rating 5 stars.
