Hotel not co operative staff also not entertaining to customer service is so terrible

Property location is good. Amenities are less. service is poor. Bedsheet is not clean. we have booked classic room with four bed and they allotted deluxe room with double bed. Double bed ac was not working and after complain they shifted to classic room. Service people are limited and they are engaged in some construction job. This hotel is manageable for wedding purposes not for visitors.

1. hotel name is incorrect. do not have any hotel with name saket greens . name of hotel is different. it took me 30 minutes to found the hotel. 2. ⁠hotel staff behaviour is just average. 3. ⁠they dont provide complimentary water . 4. ⁠no power backup. 5. ⁠as i booked delux room so they given me last room which is very small in size and not in proper shape. 6. phone line was not working . so for any request you to get down. later they provided me mobile number of reception.

I booked this hotel to enjoy holidays with my family. It had increased our joy as it is nearby to all wonderful places so it was easy to travel there. Apart from, we got good rooms with big beds. Staff was good. Overall, it was good to stay there.

Thanks again to their help in finidng the location and everything we wanted. Got in a minute. Great services!

Felt like home with amazing staff! The cozy atmosphere and the staff made me feel really comfortable. A homely vibe with friendly faces – loved every moment of my stay.

There was no hotel on the location mentioned in the map and the hotel was present by the name of some other hotel. Also the receptionist demanded for 500rs extra so because the room which i booked he gave to someone else and now only executive room was available with him. I had exam on next day and all these mess led to increase in anxiety.

First of all there is no hotel exist in name of collection o hotel saket presidency. It took me 2 hours find where the hotel is location mentioned in the map was incorrect Later I decided to cancel my booking and go for the next hotel nearby I went to shubh sharleen where I asked at the reception where is this hotel so they told me that this the same hotel and name has been changed The purpose of my visit was CAT examination and I was roaming in search of hotel and wasted my precious couple of hours The hotel number provided by you guys does not exist I tried many times other contacts details given was of OYO which was also not working the hotel agent never responded on any calls Overall experience was very awful

It was good but there was no tv as mentioned in the amenities. All over room was good. Spacious, clean

Overall good experience no restaurant have to order food from outside hotel is under renovation for now need to get room cleaned once u enter though

Rong location and under construction hotel.

It was a great experience initially the hotel name was different it was shubh shaheen string. But the experience was great, employees were doing a very nice job.

Hospitality not good. Staff behaviour not good

I faced problem in finding the hotel because the name mentioned here was different from the real one, but somehow i managed to find it. I reached there at 1 a. M. But after reaching the hotel i didn't face any issue the staff was very polite, cooperative and humble especially " sujal sahu" ; he is very good, humble, helping and very cooperative. The stay overall was very good with clean room & bathroom, it was spacious and it is on main road only. You can visit this hotel if you are with family its at good locality on main road with good rooms and very good staffs.
