Room and caretaker

The room was not cleaned bathroom tap was not working, ro fan was stopped working at night when i informed the caretaker he opened the main door and told me to get out of the property. Also he request extra money in the next day. It was horrible

Please don’t book this hotel. They do not have the most basic things like hand wash, towels, soap and blankets. Had to follow up for hours and still did not get. Every time the guy at the reception received my call he said he will just get all the stuff to the room but i did not get anything throughout the stay. Even though i had booked an ac room they turned off the ac from the main at 7:00 am sharp

I was stayed for 1 night only, plus point is these hotel is too near to the golden temple so it's very convenient for any traveler but the cleanliness and hygiene was not upto the mark but the staff is too courteous. Thanks!
