Megha Resort & Restaurant

Booked not given to me due to miscommunication between hotel and make my trips, they arranged another hotel after so much arguments, next time i will not go with make my trip, last time also happened with me at udupi

1. sir, they did not made our booking confirmed by saying that we had no business. we do not know what is this? they made us sitting for two hours. i manage them somehow hy any means. they asked us to vacate the rooms at 9.00 am sharp. we put our baggages outside the rooms. i looked after the baggages and my wife and children went to beach. as our return ferry makruzz will depart at 3.30 pm. as my wife, return from beach, hotel person did not allow her to use the urinals even. it was worst experience in my life. 1. no water served. 2. no tea served. 3. no complimentary breakfast served. 4. room were not cleaned. 5.toilet seat jet not working. 6. no arrangements of hot / warm water provided in the bathroom. rajesh kataria

Mujhe se rs/ one day ka charge liya but room me aisa kuch v nahi tha jo uske like ho, owner ka behave baht hi bad tha, isliye iska room book na karna, unka kahna tha ki ko hotel nahi diya gaya hai auro unhone mujhe 2houra outside me raka, baht kahane per usne room diya. Room koi maintenance nahi tha

*sea facing resort - one can enjoy sunrise here, day beach to see blue water, chill out at night with waves. * budget resort ( three categories of rooms non ac hut / ac huts / deluxe ) prices - respectively depending on seasons * manager is very cooperative and a good human being. He managed our ferry to nil island when all other options were closed. * two things need improvement here. One is restaurant food and second is cleanliness. * candle light dinner is arranged besides the sea. That's very cool.

Picture on website is entirely dit than the room allotted to me. Room had foul smell, toilet was not cleaned, no handwash or soap,

Room is good but the staff and facilities is not good, it's not suitable for family
Not used temp. Measured, not used mask also.

Good environment. Fine hospitality. Good dining in restuarant. Fine to stay
