Very hard to find hotel location is noisy and don't stay this hotel because pathetic room service and I'll giving 5 time WiFi password but anybody not tolerate, hotel owner unnecessary chargers giving.

We had a nice stay at Kanyal cottage. Good hospitality. Want to come once again.

Best view and awesome room service.

Location is very far from the main city and at steepest height.
Not properly maintained. Houseflies were everywhere inside the room.

Everything is lovely, I came with 4 friends we will sure come back to this place please go kanyal and view down Manali is awesome.

Just the view from the hotel was good may be becoz of nature...haha...otherwise...the hotel is faarrrr off from manali..its kind of kanyal..not manali...kind of the last hotel on the kanyal road...and the service was pathetic..the food was very bad.

beautiful cute little cottage with a spectacular view, must recommend this cottage if you are looking for some time away from city hustle, very warm host, loved my stay.

Hotel is far away to reach. You won't get taxi or auto from hotel to city. Though the view from hotel is awesome but reaching hotel is nightmare. Television was not working. Mineral water was not available. Got mild electric shock twice from geyser in bathroom which they fixed later. Good option if you are boys group and looking for budget accommodation.

I loved how amazing the service of this place was. The rooms were not just well maintained but also had an amazing view of the hills, it is a must visit.

Situated in mountains in Kenya village. People who enjoy peace and amazing view of mountains will like this hotel. It is at a distance of about 8 km from Manali market. The staff is good. The only difficulty is that it is far away from Manali market.

We had a horrible experience during our stay at this hotel. To start of there are no boards for directions. One of the room was stinking. There was no dustbins in a few rooms. Dinner offered in MAPI plan was just a vegetable and Dal along with roti and rice. Geysers were not working. No hotel staff was available during checkout. We had to bang at their rooms for nearly 45 minutes. All in all, a very horrible experience.

It's really a good place though its 5km above the main road. The view from up there is just awesome. They have one more cottage nearby named mother tree cottage which I stayed at. People have complained but Wi-Fi and TV works just fine. Hospitality of the staff is very good and cottage owner Mr. Sanket is a very nice guy. Rooms and food were very good as well. In a nutshell, if you have your own conveyance it's really fun to stay at this place.

This is an honest review after spending only 3-4 hours with my wife and my 8 months old daughter at this property and leaving it after all the loss of 5 days advance payment including food which was not refunded whatsoever not by the owner of the property 'MR. SANKET SAINI' who didn't seem to be anyhow helpful. Now here's the complete review of this property. This so called hotel which I believe should not be considered a 3 star according to me it is not even a 1 star hotel, this hotel is situated at 5. 5 kms on height from mall road which means you cannot get a cab or an auto to roam anywhere in Manali and believe you me I had tried calling so many hotels and cab service to come and pick us up from the property and no one was ready. Now about the cleanliness of the hotel 'This hotel is a complete mess' as there was no cleanliness the flees were flying around and there was a power cut for complete time. The room was smelly and dust was all around, it seems that it's been months the room had been cleaned as no one likes to book this hotel, all the reviews that I had seen before booking this hotel seem to be fake as if the reviews have been written by either owner's friends or from fake id's as nothing seems to be true from any of the reviews, the owner confirmed that this is a 4 year old property, then how come only 14 reviews in 4 years and also all of them positive, something's not right here, it is a request not to fall in this trap as you will also end up in complete loss just like me as I had paid for 5 days including meals in advance, the kitchen was again a mess as when my wife had asked the room service guy for warm water for my daughter who was in the kitchen she accidentally saw the kitchen from inside and it was completely unhygienic and in a bad condition also the guy in the kitchen was cleaning with a extreme dirty cloth, the same moment I decided to leave this property after a loss of complete 5 days advance payment. We had asked the owner to refund some amount as we have to been staying at the property however he was completely unhelpful and said 'NO' straight away and to contact makemytrip only. Also he argued with me that 'who gave me permission to view his kitchen' completely unprofessional approach, makemytrip did somehow tried helping me however it was not much help as they had already transferred the amount in hotel owner's account and the owner had also denied them for the refund. I will suggest all of you not to pay the entire amount in advance as these type of hotel owners thinks that luckily they had got a booking and now they will create empire from some bucks. I consider this loss as a donation. Hence in short do not book this hotel if you want peace of mind specially do not pay in advance as you wont get any refund whatsoever from the owner. And the hotel is a complete mess in every manner and you wont even like to spend a minute at so called Kanya Heights'. Don't fall in reviews trap as all seem to be fake to me. And no one visits this property for which the rooms are a mess and no one maintains the property. Pathetic experience and extreme harassment suffered at this hotel that made my trip somehow un- enjoyably.

Very difficult to find, better landmark as last point in Kenya village near mother tree will be apt to say. No Wi-Fi & TV, but waterfall & snow mountain view is beautiful as it is very near & 1day okay.
