Housr Rushikonda Near APIIC Towers

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your HOUSER Hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations due to multiple issues: 1. Rude Behaviour and Lack of Hospitality: The staff displayed unprofessional and unfriendly behaviour throughout my stay. There was no sense of courtesy or hospitality. 2. No Basic Amenities: There was no telephone in the room, and no room service available, which caused significant inconvenience. 3. Air Conditioning Issue: The AC was not functioning properly. Even when set to 16°C, the room temperature remained around 26°C. 4. Lack of Essentials: No water bottles were provided initially. After requesting, only one towel was given for the entire stay. it's like Hostel not hotel. cheap bed uncomfortable to sleep on it. 5. Power Supply Issue: The power supply to my room was turned off for nearly two hours without any prior notice or explanation. 6. No Reception Support: There was no receptionist available to report these issues, leaving me without assistance. This experience was extremely disappointing and did not meet even basic hospitality standards. I request that you look into these matters seriously and take appropriate action. A gesture of compensation or refund would also be appreciated given the inconvenience faced.

I have stayed in Housr Hyderabad and hoped that this place would be close match. But the experience was way below average (I am putting it out in the most diplomatic way). 1. The door could barely open half way through as it got stuck on the floor with an annoyingly squeaky sound. 2. Bathroom was not clean, I understand sometimes the bathroom may look old but the condition we received was very dirty and stinking, had to ask for the staff to come and clean. 3. Room is way too tiny, they have a desk to work but no chair given. Even the room looked little shabby and worn out. 4. Linen given was also not fresh (I worked as a Hotel Director and I know how fresh & clean sheets look, feel & smell). The entire linen (bed sheets, duvets & pillows) is NOT CLEAN, soiled and used by other people.

Property is located near to Rushikonda beach and rooms were spacious but the service was not up to the mark

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my visit. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast had a decent variety. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Special mention to the property manager, who is very professional and friendly. The food served is delicious and feels just like home-cooked meals. Located in a peaceful area, it offers a relaxing atmosphere for both families and solo travelers. It's very conveniently located with easy access to the main road and the beach. The famous Venkateswara Temple (TTD) is also nearby, making it ideal for pilgrims. Rooms are neat and hygienic, with all basic amenities provided. The entire property feels safe, serene, and welcoming. Highly recommended for a comfortable and peaceful stay in the area.
