The birth room and toilet were very dirty. The latch of the bathroom was stuck and was not opening. No one came even after calling repeatedly and then came after 2 hours. It was an OYO room. The behavior of the staff was not good. Even the BEDSHEET was not clean. The battery of the TV was not working so the TV was not switched on. Despite booking an AC room, the AC was not switched on saying that the room is cold. If we say so, the experience of the hotel was absolutely bad.
