Overall stay was good. Food served was delicious, location was the best. Satisfied with the Hotel and staff

It is a good hotel, very close to the private bus stand. Mall road is just 5 minute walk.The hotel staff were very cooperative and they allowed entry before check-in time as we reached early by bus in the morning from Delhi. Room service was good and the quality of food was great and within reasonable rates. 24 hours geyser service was available. They even provided room heater for which they charged extra, but overall it was good. I have travelled many places but the stay at this hotel suited me most.

Hotel was located well and that's the only good part. Service was worst. No cleanliness. Towels were decade old. Bathroom was dirty and broken every where. Staff was rude and food was horrible. We were 3 people and booked through MMT. On asking for extra bedding hotel staff argued and said go ask MMT for extra bedding.

Staff is very bad. We requested for few towels which was not provided. Room was not maintained clean. We had to request them to clean the toilet and staff was not at all co-operative. Only good thing is about the cost and the location of the hotel in Manali. If you are ready to adjust and stay in budget hotel, this is the place. Apart from this, I don't find any other good reasons to stay here.

I booked the rooms 2 months in advance, still when I reached the hotel, the manager refused to give me room. He said he has received no confirmation from MakeMyTrip. I had to argue for TWO HOURS before he finally agreed to give me room. I also had difficulty reaching the hotel as both phone nos provided by hotel were not working. Room was dirty, toilet was broken. Room service was terrible, sometimes they didn't bring the food I ordered. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Hotel Manager Mr. Sharma is very nice and cooperative person. Hotel location is on the way of Kullu to Manali just before the Mall road Manali. We can walk just 5-6 minutes to reach Mall road, which is very convenient. Monastery and van vihar of local sightseeing is on the way of hotel to Mall road.

Pathetic. Very pathetic behaviour by the staff and denied to give the room. Booked 2 months back, despite, they shifted us to another far located hotel. Hotel staff has given my rooms to a bookie on higher rates and denied to provide me the rooms and told that I don't have any booking at their hotel. On insisting the gave rooms in a hotel much far from the desired location for which I had suffered a lot. A worst experience with MMT.

Hotel was good. You will face little trouble to find it as it is little inside. Hotel service was good. But I wish they would have provided us shampoo moisturizer etc the basic amenities which OYO rooms are providing. But all and all the overall experience was good. I enjoyed my trip.

We had booked this hotel in advance (2months). Even after that they had allotted us rooms in hotel Suraj. Condition there were pathetic. Rooms are not clean. Toilets were totally unhygienic. Washbasin taps were not working. Geyser which is a basic need in Manali was not working properly. Hotel staff was not at all cooperative and supportive. Overall, it was my worst experience with MMT that I selected this hotel.

Location was good near by Van Vihar which is a good park for family. Children enjoys lot. Tourist will find good restaurants. Room was so neat & facility was also average I felt the lack of electricity.

The hotel location was really good and conveniently located. The appearance of the hotel is too good and if you are coming to Manali please visit Hotel Swan. The staff is very helpful and polite in nature. The Hotel was so clean and the environment is very healthy.

I call three time of the hotel manager but regarding water, room cleaning, bed sheet exchange, & no a/c or fan in room after that I call the customer care and change the room

This hotel is good for giving services. All staff behaviour is good. I liked their services. They gave quick serives which I liked very much. But one thing which I had to faced that room which I booked is not available in this hotel when I reached. The manager shifted us in another hotel near to my hotel which I booked. That was bad experiences for me.

Hotel is amicably located at Mall Road with access to all the areas of Manali, all the religious places are nearby, do not expect too much from budget hotel as far highest class facility that way it is.

Basic ammenities are not available like water is not available staff is not co operating all rooms without water, the hotelier supplay water by buccate rooms are not properly clean room services is not available gezer are not working curtans are not in good comdition

It's very good hotel with good location. It has parking facility. Rooms are quite spacious and the restaurant have good food with reasonable price. The rooms have good view of Manali from balcony and window.

Hotel Swan is not a hotel. It is an old lodge. Rooms were stinking like filth, may be due to old floor mattings. It was horrible, no other words to describe. But the manager was pleased to shift us to another hotel next day, considering our complaint.

Best hotel in low cost near pvt.bus stop

One can choose this hotel if budget is concerned. Best for group of frnds.

Wonderful hotel it was a nice experience to stay in this hotel.
