The hotel location was very convenient and easily accessible, which made traveling around the city comfortable. However, the facilities were not up to the mark. Cleanliness was a major issue as the rooms and bathrooms were not properly maintained

The window is closed, and we are not able to open it. This is an enclosed area, so there is no airflow in the room.

hotel required completely renovation construction like a Dharamshala also staff and owner behavior is very proud and not helpful at all . prepaid booking they giving room like they are doing favour to us . they even don't allow to use washroom once we do the checkout. very very poor . not recommend at all .

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sagar Palace. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. One of the best parts of my experience was the food – it was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes that were fresh and flavorful. Location is good and Staff is supportive but Rooms are not in good condition.Room and Bathroom are required to clean properly. There is no ventilation.Lighting is also poor. Blankets were not washed due to which we had to manage with bed sheet only. Paint colour was also not good to feel good. Damaged Doors are also needed to be changed.

Smelly room like public toilet, used bed sheet and blanket. Better go and search room and stay. Very bad experience. The staff don’t respond what ever you say.

We had a very bad experience of stay. extremely unclean rooms, terribly bad bathrooms. There were cockroaches in the room, the smell of a soiled bedsheet with stains. The smell of fungus was everywhere. Please do not stay in this hotel with family even if they make your stay free.

hotel is just 1.5 km from railway station was very convenient for us to reach hotel ..also near to all tourist places so travelling was easy room was comfortable bathrooms were also clean and hot water was available we had left one of our luggage in the hotel after check out ... which we realized it after reaching railway station ... when we enquired they responded well and were generous too... they got us back our luggage to railway station only when we requested

The rooms are dirty, with dirty bedsheets. They dont even provide with basic items like a clean towel or soap. The rooms are smelly. Also you get hot water fornonly 15 mins in the entire day in which u have to rush to bath. On top of that they will ask for extra charges saying that the amount they have recieved from the booking from is only for 12 hours and for staying 24 hours you have to pay extra in cash. So chose this hotel only if its the last room in entire udaipur
