Hotel O The Royal International Hotel

Stayed here alone and loved it. The hotel was neat, staff was friendly, and it felt perfect for a solo journey.

I traveled alone and felt very comfortable the whole time. Thanks to the great staff! Rooms were very clean.

Worst location, worst rooms, terrible stay

Room was unhygienic and bed had itching- may be have bedbugs in it, No point for charging and no proper deem light facility.

It was an unpleasant stay. Was stinking and no proper service provided.

Both room and toilet is not cleaned i haven't seen before this at any hotel and bed is very poor quality.

Room is bad. And tv also not working. And cleaning is not there. And room service also not available

They did not have proper staff and staff was rude and charged extra for ac room and the ac was not working properly

Overall it was good experience as i got this hotel room in very cheap price.

1. The hotel management is poor. Cleaning was not done properly room was smelly.

No hygiene, not friendly atmosphere. I got used bed-sheets and blankets. Terrible experience.

Worst one, bedsheets and pillow cover are very dirty. Bathroom not cleaned. No hot water. No tv. Very bad maintenance overall. I paid for breakfast. But no kitchen here. No one in reception to answer.

Don't ever book rooms at this property, worst service ever. no one's at the reception, you have to call them and they don't even attend tou properly. I booked for 2 days and when I saw the place I just left 🤢

The hotel is not functional anymore. I wasted my money booking this as this was a non-refundable booking. Please don't book this hotel for your stay

When i checked in. They showed me 2 rooms which was filthy and filled with cigrate buds and smoking ash everywhere i asked to clean the room and blanket as it was having some stains but the reception boy denied it very worst stay in my life i would suggest to stay in some pg is better than this please don't stay here

No bedsheet was clean no reception was at responding spot

In rooms windows are not closing. Light is not there in the bathroom table chair missing. Door mat missing. I have to change two rooms for those mentioned problem and in the 3rd attempt they provide me a room after 2 hour of check in.
