HOTEL O SHIVAY DELUXE

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. From the moment I walked in, there was a strong, unbearable stench—like a chicken farm gone wrong. It was overwhelming and lingered everywhere: in the hallways, the rooms, even in the linens. It honestly felt like I was staying in a barn, not a hotel. The cleanliness was extremely poor, and it seemed like proper hygiene and maintenance were completely ignored. The room was stuffy, poorly ventilated, and clearly hadn’t been aired out in ages. The smell alone made it impossible to relax or get a good night’s sleep. I expected a basic, clean stay—but instead, I got an experience that left me wanting to check out the minute I checked in. Save your money and your nose—stay far away from this place.

Worst experience, booking was cancel-led by hotel because he has not received payment in his account. He insisted me to pay separately to his account. He said refund wil be credit to my account in 24 hours but no msg or no communication received regards refund of amount. Request you to kindly check and refund my booking amount in my account.
