I am booking this hotel but when reached hotel at night 12 am that time hotel owner said room not available you can get refund 24h but still refund didn't get what is the monitoring make my trip please refund

I have very bed experience and in future i will not make any transaction with this company. I book two property on 18 september for 19 &20 september in raipur. I have confirmed invoice vochar. But i got 1 property in nova hotel after many requests to manager. He told me my booking confirmation is not informed them
